Rev Forum Template

This design actually got out of hand...just wanted to try out for a forum section and ended up doing a complete skin.

Its my first skin ever based on invision power board. I think maybe i will let it be coded by someone...but to be honest i dunno if i still miss something XD

Anyways Njoy and suggestions are always welcome...maybe i can apply them in the next skin...some time...i think hahaha

I know i still need to do the section icons...but meh too lazy. they are in the footer XD fill them in
